I recently told a friend that the youngest age I feel like I could be at any moment is 21 or 22. As this year comes to a close today, it’s time to reflect on 2025 as a whole. What a freaking whirlwind. For me, it went from transitioning to a new job, quitting said new job, going on vacation to find out I’m pregnant, to trying to stay in shape/not lose my mind not working, house prepping, and having an actual baby. In retrospect, seems like this year really flew by but the mini event timelines within them were extended (aka first and third trimester). And now here we are,

Honestly, just here asking a real ass question. Is there such a thing as new mom neck? As a breastfeeding mom, I’m constantly looking down and slightly the left or right trying to feed my milk monster. And I’m sure it’s the same for formula and bottle feeding moms making sure the positioning is  just right. But is the sore neck a common product of said positioning, tension, and stress? I guess it doesn’t help that we pop up instantaneously when we hear our baby in the middle

Wow, ya girl survived! We are on day 3 of solo momming. It ain’t as bad as I expected! But honestly, I was never prepared. Motherhood is GOT DAMN HARDDD. The mom learning curve is crazy steep. My husband is at the gym and we are taking our first weekend trip with our baby boy. Naturally, laundry needs to get done. So my hubby very kindly suggested I start the load right before he heads back so we can hang it on the drying racks together when he gets back. Sounds easy right?
