Howwwwwzzzzittttttt my Braddahs and sistahs from my addah maddahs and mistahz!…. It’s my catch phrase that’s gonna get me famous, just you watch! Ya girl be trying to do all the things and gets caught up so easily that I forget to go back to my weekly goals! One blog a week is NOT hard but I’m doing the most trying to make tiktoks and blah blah blah. Anyways, today’s blog is more of a short, straight to the point gratefulness post. There are so many things I’m grateful for and am blessed to have but there are just a few I really am harped on today. I never thought I’d go on runs to clear my head, never thought I’d enjoy going for 10 mile runs and getting a runners high (which is a real thing actually). I’m so grateful for the ability to be able to use my legs to feel strong and use my mind to push myself to limits I never thought I’d reach. Just feeling extra grateful for the basic things today. The weekend is a time to reflect on all the good things we have in our lives and be able to appreciate the things we take for granted. I hope today, you express gratefulness to yourself, to someone you love or just at the top of your lungs to the world mid run (obv what I did today, LOL). Thank you for being here, thanks for listening to my ridiculousness and I hope you get a kick out of it all. Happy Saturday friends. Sistah ceej loves you <3
